Basia Otto is the Human Resources Specialist. She will be focused on staff HR. She was formerly the Communications & Events Program Specialist for the Department of Global Health and supported the department by planning and marketing events and assisting with departmental travel fellowships. Basia has a bachelor’s degree in English and Public Relations from Gonzaga University. Prior to working at UW, she taught English in South Korea for a couple of years and worked part-time at Benaroya Hall. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and playing video games.
