Geographic risk-scoring tools for targeted HIV prevention
This project addresses whether predictive risk-scoring models using spatial co-variates can produce more accurate predictions of HIV seroconversion among young men and women than individual-level attributes alone. We hypothesize that the addition of spatial co-variates will increase the predictive ability of individual-based models to the point where many individual-level co-variates will be superfluous.
