Biography 

Wenwen Jiang is a Data Manager/Analyst at the Global WACh in the Department of Global Health. Wenwen completed her PhD in Epidemiology at University of Washington in 2023, and her dissertation leveraged data from the Mobile WAChX study (PI: Dr. John-Stewart) to evaluate adverse pregnancy outcomes, retention in care and HIV viral suppression among women living with HIV enrolled in prevention of mother to child transmission (PMTCT) programs in Kenya. Wenwen currently works for the Data-informed Stepped Care (DiSC) Study (PIs: Dr. Kohler, Dr. John-Stewart), a cluster randomized trial on a Data Informed Stepped Care intervention to improve retention among adolescents living with HIV. Her role includes conducting epidemiological research and leading data management, quality monitoring and data assurance. Wenwen is passionate about using quantitative tools to identify new opportunities to improve HIV-related health outcomes in resource limited settings. Wenwen holds an MPH in Epidemiology from University of Michigan and a BS in Biological Science from Nanjing University.
