Stephanie Edlund-Cho is the Program Operations Specialist for Global WACh and provides center-wide support for include communications, event and meeting coordination, and human resources. She manages the Global WACh Graduate Certificate Program for UW graduate students to gain a comprehensive overview of current issues in global health as they pertain to the intertwined health and well-being of women, adolescents, and children.

Stephanie holds a BA in Global Studies from the University of California, Riverside and a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington, Seattle. After her undergraduate studies, she spent two years in Daegu, South Korea teaching English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) to elementary-aged students and volunteering free English lessons to children from low-income families at the local YMCA. Prior to joining Global WACh in 2017, she has worked for Seattle Public Utilities, Public Health – Seattle & King County, and Seattle University in various administrative and programmatic roles.
