Ms. McDowell is the IAETC Program Director for ITECH.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska and a Master’s in Public Administration from Seattle University.  Before joining ITECH in 2017 she spent 13 years working in Asia and Africa leading global health projects on HIV, family planning, neglected tropical diseases, TB, health systems strengthening, gender and nutrition.
