- Data Manager & Analyst, Global WACh
Katy Sharrock is a Data Manager & Analyst at The Global Center for Integrated Health of Women, Adolescents, and Children (Global WACh) in the Department of Global Health. Her current role supports the DeWorm3 study. Katy completed a Master of Science in Epidemiology degree at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, including a research project using data on stigma towards people living with HIV from the HPTN 071 (PopART) trial. Before joining Global WACh in 2023, Katy worked on monitoring viral hepatitis and HIV in the European region with the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control and at the UW Human Subjects Division, reviewing study materials for the School of Public Health and Department of Allergy and Infectious Disease.
