Todd Faubion

Todd Faubion

Todd Faubion has a long history with the undergraduate program in the Department of Global Health. While completing his doctorate, starting in 2010 he was the first undergraduate academic adviser in the Department, a job that involved launching the undergraduate minor and supporting the development of the Department’s core course, Global Health 101. Since then, he has taught Global Health 101 many times, overseen its expansion to high schools in Washington through the UW in the High School program, worked with the School of Public Health to globalize the school’s entire curriculum, and assumed the role of Faculty Director for Undergraduate Programs in the Department. Todd is especially interested in HIV/AIDS, immunization, health communication, and health equity.

Noura is an advisor for the DGH Undergraduate Program and serves as the point person for the Global Health Minor. Additionally, she is the coordinator for the Department’s Global Health MPH and Alumni Initiatives. She hopes to use her skills as an advisor to help students strategically plan out, complete and succeed in whatever personal, professional and academic goals student seek although while looking at long term aspirations in Global Health. She enjoys dark room photography, aged cheese, and hanging out at coffee shops with friends.
